01Acknowledgement. A short reply within two business days, confirming receipt and proposing a time to talk.
02Scoping call. Thirty to forty-five minutes, free, by phone or video. Its purpose is to confirm the question and whether iMORSE is the right fit.
03Written proposal. If the engagement is a fit, a one-page proposal follows within a week — scope, method, fee, timeline, deliverables.
04Or a redirect. If iMORSE is not the right fit, we will say so, and — where possible — point you to someone who is.
